Returns & Refunds
Our product is the stencil, not the finished cappuccino/cake etc. Because good results depends upon the customers ability to make a cappuccino with some nice fine froth, or decorate using good coco powder or icing sugar or sprays, we cannot refund customers who find themselves unable to use the stencil for whatever reason.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods then send the item(s)back in their original packaging unused to us for a full product refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Refunds on carriage are not normally given if the products are returned for reasons such as, customer not present to receive goods; products are as described but customer changes their mind after delivery; goods damaged or used. This list is not exhaustive.
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, company closure and bank holidays.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason WE WILL CONTACT YOU. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US. IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU BY DAY 21 AFTER ORDER, WE DO NOT OFFER RE-SENDING OR REFUNDS BASED ON NON-DELIVERY AFTER THIS TIME.
Our standard shipping method normally takes 3-5 working days (mon – fri). We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force and Fedex for mainland UK standard deliveries. Orders sent for next day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If you are not in, Royal Mail or the Courier may put a card through the letterbox in which case you may have to collect or rearrange redelivery as per instructions on the card. If the item is returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier due to incorrect address or if you have not rearranged delivery, we reserve the right to recharge the delivery cost if you want the item to be resent to you.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
UK non-Mainland deliveries:
We can ship to all non-mainland UK addresses, although depending upon weight these may attract a higher shipping rate. For example if you live in Northern Ireland, some items can be dispatched at normal Royal Mail rates, where as heavier items would be shipped using a courier who themselves charge more for carriage.
